HOW TO USE: 

Inspired by the many flavors of the world, Chef Kristin wanted to create a smoky not too sweet barbeque rub that could be used to create that hot off the smoker flavor without the added hours of cooking time. Use this rub for pulled pork cooked in a crock-pot or beef brisket slowly braised in the oven. You can even use it on meats going into a smoker to create that finger-licking sought after “bark” that every good barbeque needs.
